When you take an assessment, download a book, or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, and company, and use it to send what you asked for and to follow up by email. We don't sell your information.

We use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which use cookies to record visits and form submissions, so we can measure and improve our ads on Meta and LinkedIn. When you submit a form, we share your email address in hashed (scrambled) form with Meta so it can match the sign-up to an ad.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom. To opt out of ad tracking, change your ad settings on Meta or LinkedIn, or block cookies in your browser. To ask what we have or to delete it, email [email protected].
